H and H First Selling sand in gravel in the winter of 1979 by David Hoobler with a small screening plant and an old wheel loader.  Through out the years David added multiple processing plants and continued to grow the company. in the 80's the company purchased its first small suction dredge. They have since upgraded to a 10-yard bucket dredge and currently  produce over 600,000 tons of material a year. Davids brother, Neil, and son, Evan are vice-presidents. ​ We offer the cleanest sand and gravel available at a competitive price.
